顧客のニーズに基づいて適切な貨源を探索します。これには、サプライヤーの選択と初期の見積りが含まれます。

貨源比較：
探索された貨源を比較します。価格、品質、納期などの複数の側面を評価し、最も適切なサプライヤーを選択します。

調達：
選定されたサプライヤーと交渉を行い、調達注文の締結を完了します。

検品：
調達した貨物の品質と数量を検査し、貨物が顧客の要求と基準を満たしていることを確認します。

通関手続き：
貨物の通関手続きを処理し、貨物がスムーズに税関検査を通過できるようにします。

輸送手段の選択：
貨物の特性と顧客のニーズに基づいて、適切な輸送手段（海運または空運）を選択します。

海運/空運：
選択された輸送手段に基づいて、貨物を目的地まで輸送します。

貨物の引き渡し：
貨物が目的地に到着した後、最終的な引き渡し手続きを完了し、貨物が安全かつタイムリーに顧客の手に渡ることを保証します。

Sourcing:
Search for suitable sources of goods based on customer needs, including the selection of suppliers and initial quotations.

Source Comparison:
Compare the sources found, including evaluation of price, quality, delivery period, and other aspects to select the most suitable supplier.

Procurement:
Negotiate with the selected supplier and complete the signing of the procurement order.

Inspection:
Inspect the quality and quantity of the procured goods to ensure they meet the customer’s requirements and standards.

Customs Clearance:
Handle the customs declaration procedures for the goods to ensure they pass through customs inspection smoothly.

Transportation Mode Selection:
Choose the appropriate transportation mode (sea or air freight) based on the characteristics of the goods and customer needs.

Sea/Air Freight:
Transport the goods to the destination according to the chosen transportation mode.

Goods Delivery:
Complete the final delivery procedures after the goods arrive at the destination, ensuring they reach the customer safely and on time.
